We do not have a one-size-fits-all approach and every client and project is treated individually, no matter how large or small the scheme.

We are highly approachable and down-to-earth and we seek to establish a collaborative dialogue with clients from the start.

Qualification.

Construction design and specification is complex work which should only be undertaken by a suitably qualified and experienced construction professional.

Quality.

We strictly limit the amount of projects we take on at any one time so as to be able to give you and your project the right attention.

We take pride in our detailing work and the standard of construction information with the aim of making the building work go as smoothly as possible.

Computer drawn plans.

We use the latest Vectorworks CAD software to produce construction information.

The advantage of this is that it allows accurate, clear drawings to be produced efficiently and any design changes to be made quickly and issued without delay.

CGIs. We also use Vectorworks to produce CGIs for projects which help you to visualise the end result and which help explain the scheme to your Contractor.

3D PDFs. These can be viewed in 360 degrees on a suitable App and will help you fully visualise the final scheme.
